Degree certificate not yet obtained and no communication from Nwu Distance learning Be'd degree

We completed our degree in 2020. The university says we will only have a virtual graduation in June. We deserve to have a proper graduation the country is on level 1 we don't see why we cannot have what we have worked so hard for (with covid protocols being followed of cause). Nwu is delaying our job opportunities they are not communicating with us the last we heard from them was in January this is not acceptable. We have put alot of time, money, effort and sacrifice to obtain our degrees.
