Credit Refund from NWU Finance Department

My name is Ms Nteo, I am so disappointed by NWU Finance Department Vanderbiljpark. I have been requesting a credit refund since last year March 2023 and have been sent from pillar to post. I spoke to a very rude lady by the name of Modjadji who firstly told me that I should email her proof of payment of which I did. when I do follow up she rudely told me to request credit refund through their DIY portal services of which I explained to her that my daughter could not access the portal as she is no longer registered with NWU and she has forgotten her password. she tried calling again to explain but this rude lady told her to contact IT as it is none of her business. I really need my refund back and I have been getting poor service from the University Finance team.
