Concern Regarding Completion Letter for BEd in Foundation Phase-Distance

I am writing to express my disappointment with the operations of the Faculty of Education at North-West University’s Distance Learning program. I completed my BEd in Foundation Phase in 2024, but I have yet to receive my completion letter. I am uncertain who is responsible for crediting modules, especially when a student has completed a diploma from the same university. The person in charge seems to be inadequate in their duties. I have sent numerous emails seeking assistance, but I have not received any help. This situation is disheartening.
