Being ****med at NWU

Im Nqobile Hlongwa,I Have a huge problem with the University of North West UnivPrep Programme. So I had registred with them at the beginning of the year hoping to study through them for a year but all for the sake of registering for B.Pharm next year.They had said you have to register with them and study for a year before registering for the Bachelor degree that you want on the following year.

I then paid them R7100 infull as the closing date was nearby but then I kept asking if this programme would help me study the B.Pharm on the folowing year and then they said No they have stopped the bridging programme for Pharmacy,then I withdrew my application in time before the 3rd of March ,they confirmed my cancellation and promised to refund me before the or on the 9th of May 2025 but since then they are ignoring me on my emails and there is no money received.

Please help me get my refund back.I have all proof of our communication on our emails.
