Bad online experience
I have not recieved a quarter of the value that I am paying for, this University is behind atleast 10 years with their online site called Efundi. The university still asks FULL price for a degree even tho we are currently online! That is not what bothers me, but what makes me absolutely furious is the fact that Efundi is constantly crashing even tho they (NWU) are still recieving full payment! I mean where is the money going??? They are saving because their utility bill is way less! No one can tell me that online learning costs the same as on site. That means they are sitting with extra money wich goes where? They could spend it on upgrading Efundi. After all they are online so that is where the focus should be!!
The NWU is taking note of your complaint and the matter will be attended to. Please ensure that all shortcomings are immediately brought to the attention of your lecturers. Making the assumption that we are sitting with the money is completely untrue as we are still providing a service, which in your case you seem not to be happy with. Thousands of other students are progressing with their academics, but as indicated, the matter will be attended to as we are committed not to leave any student behind.
