Application Status was successful now its unsuccessful

University of North West is really playing games with my sister's son.

They send him confirmation that his application was successful and also kept on reminding him to register before time but today he checked and all of a sudden his application is now unsuccessful.

He is so confused and I dont what to say or do for him. We were all excited but now that joy has turned into sadness. Why do that to a child? Are you not in anyway contributing to our children go through hell?This is really not right and I just wonder how many kids go through what this young man is now going through. There was actually no need to get his hopes so high only to drop them at the last minute.
