Application process nightmare

Good day.I sent in my application at NWU on the closing date.I had not received communication and I kept phoning to find out on the status of my application.Finally I was accepted on condition of uploading matric as I had uploaded a SAQA certificate.It just said outstanding documents.I sent an email to understand what documents and I got a reply after 2weeks or so.I kept calling the call center and they did not know what documents were missing.I kept trying to contact the course administrator through phone calls and emails.He eventually rep**** and told me I had to upload certificates.I sent an email telling him I could not upload more than 1 certificate on the website and even sent certificates and he did not reply and I kept calling for a while till I got a hold of him and he said he would notify the faculty.Then a few days later my status change to waiting list.I don't understand how I was accepted then went to waiting list yet it was not clear what documents were outstanding and no one was replying to me.Can I please get assistance because I don't understand how I went from accepted to waiting list
