APPLICATION APPROVED BUT THEY FAILED TO REGISTER ME EVEN THOUGH ALL FEES ARE PAID

I app**** with NORTHWEST UNIVERSITY last year and apparently my application was approved , however from September they failed to send me my registration form.I have been emailing and phoning but everyone seems to not know what they are talking about. I have also been inquiring on their Facebook messanger and they said my application was approved, but when I asked when they would confirm my registration they said IN DUE TIME. Now i find out that they wasted my time as I am not registered . What the hell am I supposed to do? I am being refer d from one person to the next. All I wanted was to study. Now NORTH WEST UNIVERSITY has played with my emotions and wasted my time. All students think twice before applying to NORTH WEST UNIVERSITY . They give you nothing but a huge zero.
