ACT Online Nightmare

This was the worst experience for me as a student. It was my first time studying online and I would not recommend NWU if you would like to study online.

The registration period took forever to finish and for the semester to start. I waited and waited but nothing. Thats when I started panicking because only one subject (that I got exempted for) got in contact with us. I then found out that the semester had already started a while back and the problem was that my Ufundi was not working.

To make a long story short I stopped my studies and lost money because of this *********** university. The money they did pay me back (for the second semester) was 5 weeks late. And I would probably still be waiting if I had not contacted them regularly.
