The Positive Reviews Misled Me. This Was a Nightmare!!!
I wish I could say something positive, but my experience with this driving school has been awful and extremely stressful. I paid in full for the package upfront and never received a single driving lesson. After I completed the learner’s portion, the owner Ntsako, became completely unreliable. He would disappear for days, then suddenly send a time slot for the same day, or cancel last minute. There was no proper scheduling at all so I asked for a refund. That’s when everything got even worse. He told me he had ALREADY SPENT my money and didn’t have the cashflow to refund me. He even sent me screenshots of his personal financial problems to explain why he couldn’t repay me. As a paying client, that made me feel uncomfortable and unfairly responsible for issues that have nothing to do with me. This is my hard earned money, and he is keeping it while I’m the one left stressed and waiting, and begging for it back. No customer should ever be put in this position. It’s been 3 months of me begging him. 3 months! After that, he started ignoring me. He wouldn’t answer calls from my number, so I had to call from another number just to get him to pick up. When he realised it was me, he sounded irritated and dismissive, rushed me off the phone, and gave empty promises like “I’ll refund you Friday.” Not once did he apologise for any of this. What hurts even more is that he continues taking on new clients. There are reviews from just 2–3 weeks ago showing he is still getting paid and giving lessons yet I’m still here, months later, waiting for my refund. I chose this driving school because of all the positive reviews, and I really regret trusting that. This whole experience has taken such an emotional toll on me. No paying customer deserves to be treated this way. I told him if he didn’t pay me I will be taking legal action and he said if I don’t receive my money I can go to the police. I still didn’t receive my money. He doesn’t care at all. Please think twice before booking here. I genuinely wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I went through. I have all screenshots and messages as proof.
