Working with people requires one to be pleasant

I visited the sandton store on Sunday to purchase a pair of earrings. The lady named Puleng opened the door implying she’s doing us a favour. Didn’t ask me if I need help; when I asked her to show me an earring tray as my height doesn’t allow me to view all the earrings she says and I quote I can’t take it out. Then again the lovely favour she did for me was to show me the tray. Honestly I’ve purchased over six times last year from this store. The Indian lady who moved from Durban to jhb was so pleasant and I purchased a diamond earring from her. You can verify this. Pulengs demeanor and work ethic is not for a place that deals with customers and people in general. I was so put off I took the cheapest earring for daily use and purchased on the same day a nicer earring diamond from browns. She cost nwj the sale of the R12000-R19000 pair of gold diamond earrings. Again nwj can confirm from their other employee about my previous purchases. Really disappointed and don’t think I would want to shop here again.
