Pathetic poor service

I am fedup wit NWK in Zeerust. I buy Trusty puppy food every month (25kg). I am battling since the end of April 2019 to get Trusty puppy food at NWK. They have hundreds of excuses and passing the buck to the next person. The service is non-existent they dont bother to walk an extra mile to assist clients and order items we enquire about.
