You're not on top of any order!!!!!
If I could give a rating below 1 I would. I am extremely dissatisfied with the overall experience of placing an order online. I placed my order on the 4th of December, till date I have not received genuine feedback on a date the item will be delivered. I have requested numerous times on email for an update and even contacted them via WhatsApp only to receive the same poorly structured generic response. It is clear that you are not on top of any orders. Your business should not be afforded the opportunity to trade online for the poor service rendered. I expect someone to contact me to get this resolved ASAP..
