You're not on top of any order!!!!
If I could give a rating of below 1 I would. I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience of placing an order online. I placed my order on the 4th of December and to date I have not received genuine feedback on a date it will be delivered. I have sent numerous emails and have contacted them directly via WhatsApp only to receive a poorly structured generic response. NWJ should not be afforded the opportunity to trade online as they have no idea how to communicate with customers.
