Worst service

The worst service ever. My husband bought me a ring started wearing it 28 April on my ****ing day and 1 month the wire was loosening up. 15 June I booked it in and after 3 weeks I went back to the store to check and they didn't even bother to do a follow up atleast I was just to to check the collection date on the slip. I called their head office in Durban and they also didn't bother to check how far I was just told to go back to the store by the date written on the slip. Today I went to collect my ring as stated on the slip. Still the ring is not back and there's no valid reason as to why. 15 june to 28 July still no ring nor communication
