Worst service ever!!!!!!!

After waiting more than 2 months waiting for my order, i found out that the NWJ workers did not do their job to order my stuff. Now they want to place a order but they wont even apologiese for their poor behaviour. The shop owner or manager wont even call and apologies for his workers poor service. This is the worst service ever. The store manager or owner does not know how to run the store and the workers does not know how to work with customers. I would advise everyone to rather go to sterns or american swiss.

I am so done with NWJ. Thank you for American Swiss who assisted me. Their staff is friendly, do their job and delivers a good service. Unlike NWJ who cant even apologies for their poor service.
