Worst service ever!!!

We purchased a ring and took it in for resizing.

We were given a date to pick up the ring which was three weeks later, we went to the store... no ring! No explanation....

They then said that the ring will be back in a week... fair enough.

We called in to check if the ring arrived... oh yes it did, but they can not size the ring.

A month!!! And this service....

Absolutely pathetic service.

This will go on social media, not to trust the service of NWJ.

Operates like a back door company!

Kind regards,
The problem actually occured bcos the sales person in Pavilion **** to us or omitted from us that you can not size rings that are not made by NWJ. Also u can not size 2 sizes up or down. Really disappointed by the situation. Not one call since this post from NWJ as well. The guys in Phoenix are trying to help us now but it is too little to late. Like I mentioned, the route of this problem was the sales office in Pavilion.
