Worst service and quality

I am so upset. I purchased a wedding band from NWJ and the diamonds keep falling out. One morning I wake up and a diamond is missing. I replace it, then another falls out.

This is so upsetting because it is supposed to be something special but just keeps on giving me grief and sadness.

Ive been trying to get help the last year. I have been phoning head office, waiting for feedback. Honestly worst service I have ever experienced.
