Worst online service

Honestly one of the worst companies to deal with online. I bought a engagement ring online, checking when the delivery date would be as I need it by Tuesday, 3 March for my engagement ceremony on Wednesday when the ring needs to be given to my fiancé. I emailed on Thursday to ask for an update no response, I emailed on Friday no response, I called on Friday literally to be told that I need to email as Melissa will respond to me. What the hell is the use of having a customer care if they refer you to email and can’t resolve or check on your order.

The worst part is I went to one of the stores to see if they can track the order and the consultant literally laughed and said online is the worst, so Goodluck with them as they tell you 3 -5 days and 3 weeks later people still wait as they just don’t care and don’t communicate.

I need my ring to be delivered by Tuesday and if not I need to get a new one. So respond to my damn emails and give me an update and honestly I will be checking who I can complain to as it seems this is a common complaint with your company.
