Worst customer support ever !!!

I order R20000. Ring from them. I then requested a certificate of validation which they give every time. But this time I didn’t get one. I’ve been asking Mellisa on a daily basis… I get answers like, due to load shedding I’ll get it to you by this afternoon… yet it’s been over two weeks… still no certificate. I need it for this insurance. But every email I send, everyday I get s excuse but no certificate…. And now I’m told the refund is only valued at R5999 due to buying it on Black Friday ???? I mean ***
