Worst after service!

This is the worst experience ever! Ive sent in a ring to be resized, got it back at last even though it was late, worn it for three weeks and it cracked where they worked on it. Sent it back again, the gave me a date when i can pick it up (16th Feb). Went there and my ring is not there. I live about 2hrs drive frok george, but clearly they dont worry about my expences every time to george, all they say is oh sorry. How convenient!. Never buy something that needs to be rezised from them, worst service, they never get back to you or follow up.
