What is going on with NWJ ????

Hi Melissa My wife has been without her ring for a while now. I have gone to NWJ Brooklyn everyday for the last week trying to get my ring dropped off there following your advice but the shop has been closed. I believe you can imagine how much of a frustration this has now become. What makes matters worse is the lack of communication around all of this. I am really disheartened. What is going on? what do i do now?
