What a joke!!!

To say I am appalled with the quality of jewelry that I have received from you would be an enormous understatement! I purchased a ring valued at R19 000, on a half price sale for R9500, in August/September last year for our wedding! Needless to say the one of the diamonds fell out about 4 months later, so we sent it back to get repaired, and received shocking service and disgusting attitude! However we got the ring back, and about 2 months later it fell out AGAIN!!!!!!! So we were told to take it to another store,to avoid the lady that gave us the attitude, only to find out she was moved to the canal walk store! We sent it in and it took 4 weeks, was finally returned and now ONCE AGAIN the diamond has fallen out for a 3rd time!!! Im not quite sure what you keep doing to repair it, but clearly not a very good job!!! So, i called head office today and they said I need to put it in writing, which I have now done, as apparently your head of customer care doesn't take calls, which tells me one thing! Please be sure to respond by the close of business today, as this complaint will be taken further as well, and I very much doubt you will be a reputable store for much longer, as after this has happened, we have noticed their are numerous people that this has happened to who have bought rings from NWJ!
