Watch not fixed, so unprofesional.

<p>I bought a police watch at nwj mall at reds, so the belt just got disconected from the watch . i then booked it in for repair but they returned it after 7 weeks without bieng fixed, they didn't even bother to explain the reason why. </p> <p>It was on the 1st of april when they called me for collection and the lady who was helping me said she's gonna call the repair department and she will get back to me first thing on monday and she haven't calledsince. Its so unprofesional and i never expected it from such a big company. </p>
