Waiting longer than 2 months for a order.

I ordered a 65cm chain in September 2017 at NWJ Burgerfort. Since then until now no one contacted me regarding the delay. If they received my chain. Or if it is out of stock. Burgersfort NWJ service is the worst ever!!!!

The ****ed up person from NWJ Burgersfort called and said they want to place the order now??? They were supposed to do it two months ago!!!! How much longer must I ****ing wait? WORST ****ING SERVICE EVER!!!!
