Very bad Sevice

<p>I went to NWJ in Kolonade centre to take a neclace for repair. I was greeted by a saleslady with a very bright smile, but when she realized that I was not going to buy anything the smile disapeared and her attetude towards me changed. She took in the repair but charched me R 210.00 for the very same repair that I was charged a month ago the price of R80.00. I asked why ith price differs so much but was offered no logical explination. I reluctantly signed the paper and lef the shop. I then returned to the shop and adressed the matter again with the the matter and agin I was offered no decent explination Jy just showed me their book and said this is the price and you have to pay it. I was basically treated with contempt and with utmost disrespect. This experience left me feeling that I was treated as a low classed person because I was not going to buy anything and just needed to hand in the repair. I would have gladly payed the difference had I been treated with respect amd was offered a decent explenation.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the past I did buy al my Jewelry at NWJ Kolonade but theyr will never see me again because of this very bad experience</p>
