Unstipulated terms and conditions
I bought a ring a few days back and wished to return it today but the manager tells me it cannot be refunded because it was sold on sale which doesn't make sense to me. Also I read the terms and conditions behind the slip and does not say anything about sale items cannot be refunded and I believe that this should be stipulated to us customers so that we know. If I had known that I would not have bought the ring.Also I dont understand how companies like american swiss can refund sale items but nwj doesnt. VERY DISSAPOINTING
