UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE MANAGER

I took in my engagement ring to be resized at the Centurion branch, they advised that they will contact me during the week to pick up my ring again, on Friday I called as I have not heard anything back and the lady I spoke to said they will call me back in a few minutes. At about 4pm that day I still had not received a call back and decided to go in and find out of my ring is back. When I got there the lady that I assume is the manager said that she only calls a client ones and if the client does not pick up then it is not her problem, I decided that I was not going to get into an argument with her as I just wanted my ring, she looked and gave me the ring. I was so suprised that she thought it was ok to speak to a customer that way, and I was not even rude or anything. When I got home I saw that my brand new engagement ring was so badly scratched that I contacted them again and they said I must bring the ring back in.

Again when I got to the store the same lady helped me and again with an attitude like I was owning her something. She took the ring and did not even explain anything to me I had to ask what now and she only rep**** that they will contact me when the ring is back. Once again I had to deal with this lady that thinks the world owes her everything.

I am extremely upset if that is the way that clients are handled as this is an experience that is suppose to make us happy and not upset us.

Please get your personal in order as it is completely unacceptable to speak to customers that way.
