Unhappy with service

I was disappointed with the guy who was helping us on Sunday at NWJ Brooklyn, we were looking for the wedding rings, He was so judging and so inpatient just said we should go to the web and buy rings online, we did not even stay 5 min to look at other rings, you could see he is not interested in making business with us. I understood when he said they don't keep expensive rings at store, but he was not nice, we just noticed the element of judgement-----like we were testing, we cant afford, can we be treated equally with no element of judgement,
