This is so common of NWJ jewellery

We bought an 18ct gold marquise diamond cluster ring in November 2015. Just a WEEK later one diamond fell out (I had previously experienced this with my wedding ring bought from NWJ where the stones fall out, when I complained NWJ were most rude to me and refused to fix the ring) and yet we still went back to them and gave them business despite that experience, and now the same thing has happened. When we took the ring back in December, they said their repair store is closed and we should come back in January and they will see IF they will repair the ring, now I have to drive up and down at my own costs because your jewellery is not designed to standard. Just a week after I wore the ring the stone fell out, and because your repair store is closed in December you will now say it is wear and tear
