These guys are *****!!!!

The staff working at NWJ Jewellers in the Kolonade centre is a bunch of uneducated *****. I brought a ring from them in December 2015 for my wife as a gift. I took it back numerous times for bonding and the last time I took it back was on 23/5/2015. Lorraine helped me and assured me it would be back on 29/5/2015. I said that I am only back there on 07/06/2015, they can give me a quote and then I will collect on that Sunday. 5days passed with out a word from them, I had to call to ask about the quote, which they provided me with the next day. I accepted the quote and said that I would still collect on 07/06/2015, which they agreed to. By Friday 05/06/2015 this ring was still stuck at their shop. Endless phone calls ensued between me and them, only to find out that they can only follow up on 08/06/2015. The manager, Marcel, phoned me and told me that I dont know what is going on and the ring is there since the Sunday.When I wanted to eft the amount so they can courier, he told me that they dont accept eft. Phoning anonymously to purchase a product, he gave me the banking details very eagerly. I have escelated the matter to higher in command still with no answer! Load of *****s!!!!
