Their jewellery license should be revoked!
Absolutely shocking and disgusting service from NWJ. Ordered a gift 5 days before the Christmas cutoff, on Christmas Eve we’re promised it will arrive on 27th (already after Christmas!). The 27th comes and goes - fast forward to it only arrived on 6 Jan 2020. The product is bent, dirty, yellow and looks like it has been worn before. Who does quality checks? Can they not think it’s damaged before sending? Or let me guess - in a box it got damaged. What a joke. They should have their jewellery license revoked.
