The Friday that never comes!
While travelling aboard, I ordered something online (Dec 4) for my wife birthday on Dec 16. Today, 2 weeks later, we are still waiting. Never did I think that we will not have it by then. I emailed ahead of time to enquire. The item was to be "dispatched on Friday" but nothing has delivered in two Fridays now. My wife called NWJ today and they dared tell her that the order would be dispatched (yes damn right) on Friday! Please think carefully before you deal with this company but as for me... It's not happening any Friday soon!
