the branch and the head office isnt honest
Its been 3 weeks that a ring go in for a assessment this is bad service when you call head office they need to call the branch when you call the branch they need to talk to head office I want feedback today
I need my money back I cant be dealing with poor service
when you call the customer call centre they don't even return the call after they promise to call you back
