Terrible Workmanship
Another disappointing product purchased!! My husband bought me a diamond cut handchain advertised at NWJ for Valentines Day, needless to say I was very happy, till the links started falling off like a dog sheds hair..... How is it that the quality of this product is so so pathetic but the price we have to pay is not?? I did call te store and spoke to Linda who will replace it with a new one, BUT what guarentees do I have on the workmanship! I am loyal NWJ customer but I am loosing faith in the brand........FAST!
