Terrible Service from higher management
<p>I bought a ring for my wife before Christmas. Before making the purchase Mr Smith(Area Manager) had informed me that the ring could be resized accordingly.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today been the 10th we go back to NWJ Mall of Africa we are told that it cannot be resized accordingly. </p> <p> </p> <p>We got the ring on a special. So no we are to get a refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>I find this appauling to say the least. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
