Terrible service at NWJ Somerset Mall

I love the products of NWJ, it’s strong, beautiful and affordable but the service at NWJ Somerset Mall is the worst. One lady would help you to the best of her ability and the next would just treat you if you are *******. I’m a coloured lady, and the coloured ladies sorry to bring up race, treat you like **** with the manager included. I’ve been in contacted with head office as well and only after I went to a higher level an issue that could’ve been resolve in 5 min was resolved. This Black Friday again, 24/11/2023, simple questions the ladies can’t answer. The one lady lays on the chair without even attempts to offer help. Please work on your staff it’s really irritating to go to a shop where ladies treat you if you can’t read. Treat everyone fair.
