Terrible Service

My Fiance' bought a ring for our engagement at NWJ.he was worried about the ring size and the sales lady assured him that the first 2 ring size changes will be done for free. When I got the ring it was too big, so my future mother in law took the ring back to be resized. They first wanted to charge her to which she protested and they suggested she go to another place to size the ring at her own expense. She phoned me and I wanted to speak to the manager as that was one of the selling points for the ring in the first place.The sales lady Moira first **** and said the manager wasn't in, when I insisted on holding she was available claiming she was on a call. They said it would be ready in a month! I protested as I would be engaged for a month with no ring (26 July). She said it would be done by 13 Aug.I received no call so I called to which they said the rings get dropped off the following Monday. 17 Aug arvie I phone again and Michelle claims the bag just arrived, they will phone back. I wait and phone again Moira says its not there she will phone the delivery man and get back to me that eve. 18 August I phone again, now it will only be ready friday 21 Aug apparently! Unacceptable
