Terrible service

My fiance got me a ring that was too big for our wedding day.<br> I took the ring back to the store on 1 April to get it resized and I emphasized that i needed to colletct it on 21 April as I'm getting married first thing on 22 April in the morning.<br> I was told that the ring will probably be ready on 17 April and when I asked if they were sure i was told that yes definitely.<br> On 17 April I went to the store and I asked the lady if my ring was back and she told me that I should call her on Monday morning. She said she would arrange that the ring be sent to the store on Monday and that I could collect it on Tuesday, 21 April.<br> This morning I call her and it happens she is off today. I explained my situation to guy that was on the phone and he said he will see what he can do, He later came back to tell me that the best he could arrange is that i come collect the ring at 10am at the store.<br> How can I pick up a ring at 10am if I am getting married at 8:30 in the morning?<br> <br> These people have really upset me. There are arrangements that have been made for that date and time and now they are telling me to try change the time? I regret making my purchase there. My wedding day has been spoilt.
