Terrible service

<p>Good day, this is the second time i am writing about a ring that i bought in NWJ Galleria. The ring has been changed three times alreay but the stones keep falling off. There is something seriously wrong with the rings that they supply. Last week i sent an email to Trishka and the Galleria store manager to alert them about this issue and there has been no response. Talk about snail service. In the mean time, i cannot even wear my wedding ring. I do not see myself purchasing anything from this store ever again.</p>
