Terrible quality and empty promises

The quality of product, empty promises and adhearance to timelines it terrible. I have been married for 1 year & 4 months in have had 4 NWJ wedding rings, therefore losing the sentimentality of my first wedding ring. The rings are of such poor quality that the stones fall out or the gold chips off causing my finger to rash. After finally getting the store to agree to a refund, I am STILL waiting 3 weeks later. I am always having to follow up and get promised that someone will phone me back but never do.
