Terrible Quality

<p>My husband and I became engaged in April of last year. 1 month after we were engaged my ring began to tarnish on the shank and then it snapped! I notified customer service and the ring was replaced. I purchased my wedding bands from the same store in Pietermaritzburg. I had all 3 rings bonded together in March this year and the ring then went into the safe. We got married on the 28th of May and now one of my diamonds has fallen out of my band. I can not nelieve the bad quality and workmanship. I won't reccommend NWJ to anyone! I have reported it to Customer care and the Operations manager in Natal. I am devastated as this is sentimental to me. I am not impressed!</p>
