Telkom poor service

My name is vuyiswa Ntshingila, I am totally disappointed by Telkom poor service. Since I reported a claim for a new phone on the 10th of November 2021 till today I haven't received my phone. When I send emails they keep on telling me empty promises. I am stressed as my life has stopped due to lack of smart phone.
