Takes my money and then doesn't respond to follow ups

I ordered my ring on 9 October and still do not have it. I have emailed several times and tried phoning the Pavilion Branch countless time. The branch has not once answered their phone. I received one reply to one of my emails where they said their system was offline. But then I email 7 days ago to follow up again, and still no reply.

Either give me the ring I paid for on the 9th, or refund me. But I am tired of waiting and getting no answers.
