Stone in ring fallen of 3 times in 1.5 years
The stone on my ring has fallen off for the third time. It is always that one particular band. I no longer want the band – it is ridiculous that in a space of 1.5 years that this ring has to be sent to the store. Clearly no has sorted this ring out properly when I first raised my query in August 2016.
Please arrange for the a full refund for this band.
