stone fell off ring!

my husband purchased a ring for me from the NWJ branch in west wood mall in November 2014. In December, one of the stones fell out. When I went back t the store, they said I need come back in Jan 2015 in order for them to send it for repairs. I went back in Jan, I was told to come at the beginning of Feb and they will send it in. So I did. After 3 weeks, I went to fetch my ring and was told that the ring could not be repaired and that I have to take a new one for the same value! When my husband purchased the ring, there was a promo of less 35 percent and another promo of choosing a gif box and receiving a further discount. When I asked if I will still be honoured with the discount, I was told that I wont and that I have to choose something within a month! What kind of pathetic service is this! Had we known that the quality of jewellery at NWJ is so worthless, we could have shopped at American Swiss, whoch is just next door!!! I want my money back or the same ring that I chose! There were 2 rings purchased! One with a stone and the other was a band! How do I match another ring within a month and they stock on hand doesn't suit my taste???
