Still unable to close acount

on 26 July i went to Nwj north west to close my account. I wrote a letter there and the lady assured me my account will be closed on monday as i did pay it in full. Tuesday i went to nwj woodmead wo told me that its not closed and they need an ID. I cave it to them. I was told the next day it would be given to northgate and my account will be closed. Its now the 1st and after many calles and going back to the store sever times my account is not closed. On 31 jule i was informed at 4:30 pm that i need to phone credit department immediately as there is something wrong. They close at 4pm! Why should i keep phoning and drivng up and down. Nwj say its not there problem i should phone rcs. Rcs say its not there problem i need to speak to nwj. So here i am. Is no ones problem and i must pay for account fees! if they comet ***** on my account i will post this in every news paper i can find. Stating what happened to anyone that cares to read it!
