spent more time in for repairs than worn

Good day,<br> I bought a ring for my Fiance on the 27th of June however she wore it a week and one of the diamonds fell out, I sent it in for repairs and 4 weeks later I got it back.<br> <br> She wore it for a week then another diamond fell out, I handed it in asking for my money back as we cannot keep sending the ring away for repairs. The sales person says that they cannot make a decision regarding this and this has to come from Head office.<br> <br> The lady that helped me was very rude to my Girlfriend stating that she abused the ring. I simply want my money back as this unacceptable.<br> <br> repair number 716928
