Specialize in Pollution Control instead of Jewelry

<p>I bought sterling silver and crystal rings from Game store in 2012 and they still have the rocks and are still silver as promised. But January 2016 my fiance bought me a ring in NWJ for engagement (sterling silver) with crystals and now this month one rock is missing. Apparently i bumped it out and i should pay. I didn' t know was supposed to wear gloves and fold my arms while wearing the ring. I do daily functions such as washing hands and going to my administration job. I don't sleep in them or bath in them so i don't know what they mean i bumped it out. I don't understand how they can say i have to pay. A grocery store has more manufacturing s**** than a jewelry store? That is ridiculous. So please change your line of work NWJ and start doing pollution control and picking up some papers instead. Do us all a favour. And the lifetime guarantee on workmanship or what? the colour?</p> <p>Come on.</p>
