Shocking service
Shocking customer service received from NWJ! I just received a call from Busisiwe from the client service department. She said that they refer complaints to the branch managers where items were bought, and it's the MANAGERS responsibility to resolve the queries. Then what is the purpose of having a client service department? Another reason not to purchase from them in future.
